1. GENERAL INFORMATION / DEFINITIONS

1. Prices are in Euro currency (€) incl. IVA (TAX).
2. Weight limits MUST be respected for safe operations at all times.
3. All tours start and finish from AERODROME DE SON BONET.
4. The term “PAX”, “GUEST” or “ADULT” means one passenger.
5. The Helicopter ROBINSON R44 is for max. 3 PAX + 1 Pilot.
6. Exact routing of tours may be adopted or slightly changed due to weather respecting flight time.

2. IMPORTANT – WEIGHT LIMITATIONS

1. Maximum weight of the full helicopter is 240 kg.
2. Maximum weight for 1 PAX is 130 kg.
3. Weight information given before flight MUST BE EXACT (plus/minus 5Kg).
4. PAX above 130Kg can NOT fly. NO REFUND.
5. NO REFUND in case flight has to be cancelled for overweight due to incorrect information.
6. 2PAX that book the onboard photographer (add-on service) are limited to a total weight of max 160Kg.
7. If Photographer has to be cancelled on the spot due to overweight of PAX the fee for the photographer is NOT REFUNDED.

3. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Payments

1. helimallorca takes payments from PAX during the online booking process.
2. helimallorca accepts all CREDIT CARDS.
3. For total amounts higher than €500 we offer a deposit split payment.
4. The remaining amount is paid on the spot before the flight. Cash or any Credit Card.

Cancellation & Refunds

1. helimallorca / WEATHER & TECHNICAL ISSUES / 100% REFUND: For bookings cancelled by helimallorca, based on whether or technical issues, client get a full refund – 100%
2. Guest / 48 HRS / 50% REFUND: For bookings cancelled by guest later than 48 hrs before the day of flight a refund of 50% is paid back.
3. Guest / 24 HRS / NO REFUND: For bookings cancelled by guest later than 24 hrs before the day of flight there is NO REFUND.
4. GUEST SPECIAL CASE: For last-minute cancellation of guest for a medical reason a refund can be negotiated provided the guest presents a piece of written evidence from doctor to helimallorca.

4. PAX INFORMATION PRIOR TO FLIGHT

In order to prepare the smooth operation of your flight  helimallorca needs following information from every passenger prior to the day of flight:

1. FULL NAME
2. DATE OF BIRTH
3. PASSPORT OR ID NUMBER
4. WEIGHT (MAX +/- 5KG)
